What is eDryv?
eDryv is a premium, eco-friendly Transport as a Service product that operates exclusively with a 
fleet of electric vehicles (EVs). Our objective is to provide safe, reliable, and sustainable 
transportation while reducing carbon emissions.
How does eDryv work?
Using the eDryv app, passengers can easily book a ride by entering the pick-up and drop-off 
locations. Once confirmed, a professional eDryv driver will pick you up from your selected pick-
up location. Passengers can also rent the EVs for specific purposes and durations or even engage 
them under the on-demand arrangement. 
What makes eDryv different from other transportation services?
eDryv offers a superior and unique experience with the following benefits:

Booking and Using the App
How do I create an account?
Getting started with eDryv is simple: 
  1. Download the eDryv app from the Google Play Store or Apple Store (iOS).
  2. Open the app and follow the prompts to complete the sign-up process and receive an OTP.
  3. Enter your name, email address, and phone number.
  4. Add and set up your preferred payment method.
  5. Once your registration is complete, you are ready to book a ride.
Can I schedule a ride in advance?
Yes, you can schedule your ride through the app by specifying your location, date, and preferred time of pick-up.
What if I need to cancel my ride?
You can cancel your ride any time before it begins, through the app. However, if the driver has 
already arrived or within close proximity, a cancellation fee may apply. 
How can I contact my driver?
Once your ride request is confirmed, you can reach your driver directly through the call or text 
option in the app.
How do I track my driver's arrival?

After your ride is confirmed, you can monitor your driver’s location in real time through the app.

Can I add multiple stops to my ride?
Yes, eDryv allows you to add up to two ( 2 ) stops when booking your ride. Please note that 
additional stops can only be added during the booking process. 
How much luggage can I bring on eDryv ride?
eDryv vehicles are designed to accommodate most travelers' luggage needs, with a maximum 
weight limit of 24kg, subject to dimensions not exceeding 250mm(W)x800mm(L)x400mm(H)
Account and Payment
How can I update my account information?

You can manage your account information within the app settings.

How can I add a payment method?
You can add a debit or credit card to your eDryv account using the following steps: 
  1. Open the eDryv app and go to your profile.
  2. Navigate to the "Billing" section.
  3. Tap "Add Payment Method."
  4. Enter your card details and save. 
Note: Both debit and credit cards are supported, but not all international cards are accepted. 
Can I use multiple cards on the app?
Yes, but eDryv only allows one link card for payment at a time. You don’t need to remove an exiting card before updating your payment method.
How can I delete my account?
If you want to delete your account, follow these steps: 
  1. Click on the profile icon on the app.
  2. Scroll down and select “Delete My Account”
  3. Choose a reason and confirm by clicking “Delete Account”
  4. If you are unable to delete your account, please contact our support team for assistance. 
Drivers and Ride Experience
Who are eDryv drivers?
Our in-house drivers are professional trained and ambassadors of our company. They have undergone extensive training in safe driving and customer service to ensure a safe, and quality ride experience for passengers.
Do eDryv drivers undergo a background check (due diligence) ahead of engagement?
All eDryv drivers undergo a thorough background check, including identity verification, driving history, and a criminal record before being hired.
How are drivers of eDryv trained?
eDryv drivers receive extensive training in safe driving, customer interaction, professional 
conduct, and emergency response. They are trained by the Federal Road Safety Commission 
(FRSC) and other critical functions within the company, such as the Operations and Maintenance 
(O&M) and Transport and Logistics (T&L) departments to improve their understanding of 
sustainability and EV-specific handling.
How can I rate my driver?
After your ride, you can rate your driver and share feedback directly through the app. Your 
feedback helps us maintain and improve our service quality. 
Can I request a specific driver?
eDryv does not support making requests to drivers. However, our system efficiently matches riders with the nearest available drivers to ensure seamless and efficient experience.
Driving Range Anxiety
Will the vehicle run out of battery? Should I be concerned about range anxiety?
Range can be a concern for new EV riders, but eDryv’s vehicles can travel at least 300 km on a 
full charge, providing a reliable ride. While the actual range may vary based on driving conditions, trips within the city are planned confidently without worrying about battery 
depletion. Our vehicles are also fully charged daily to ensure they are ready for operations. 
What happens if my ride exceeds the vehicle’s range?
eDryv carefully considers the driving range of our electric vehicles when assigning rides. In the 
rare event that a trip exceeds the maximum range of an available vehicle, that vehicle will not be 
dispatched to ensure a seamless and uninterrupted journey.
Safety and Security
Are electric vehicles safe?
Yes, electric vehicles adhere to the same stringent safety testing protocols as the conventional 
fuel powered vehicles.
Are EV batteries at risk of thermal incidents or fire hazards?
Yes, EV batteries do carry a risk of thermal incidents or fire hazards, but the risk is relatively low 
compared to internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles. While battery packs are designed with 
multiple safety layers, including thermal management systems and protective casings (rated 
IP54–IP67 for dust and water resistance). Though extreme conditions such as overheating, 
internal short circuits, or severe accidents can still cause thermal runaway, the EVs deployed 
under eDryv have sufficient mitigation against such an occurrence. 
What if I feel unsafe during the ride?
If you feel unsafe during your ride, you can contact eDryv support through the app or use the 
SOS button available within the app for immediate assistance. 
How do I contact eDryv Support?
You can reach eDryv support through the in-app support feature. Simply navigate to the support 
section in the app for assistance.
What safety features does the app have?
The eDryv app is equipped with robust safety features, including real-time trip monitoring, 
which allows passengers to track their journey and share their location with trusted contacts. 
Detailed driver information, such as the driver’s full name, photograph, vehicle details, and 
license plate number, is readily available for transparency.  
The app features an SOS emergency button for immediate access to safety assistance. 
Our vehicles are equipped with discreetly mounted dashcams that record in-vehicle activity, 
enhancing safety and security for both drivers and passengers. The footage is handled with strict 
adherence to privacy regulations and the information is only accessed for legitimate safety or 
incident resolution purposes.
What happens if I lose an item in the vehicle?
If you lose an item in the vehicle, please contact our customer support team for immediate 
assistance.
Is it safe to drive an EV in the rain?
Yes! eDryv's electric vehicles are designed to perform safely in all weather conditions, including 
rain. Our vehicles meet rigorous safety standards and feature traction control systems to maintain 
stability on wet roads, except within flooded areas.
Are EVs more vulnerable to cyber-attacks?
No. Modern EVs come with strong cybersecurity measures, including encryption, secure 
software updates, and real-time threat monitoring. Manufacturers continuously update their 
systems to prevent unauthorized access and ensure vehicle safety.
Hygiene and Sanitation Standards
How does eDryv maintain vehicle cleanliness and hygiene?
eDryv prioritizes hygiene and sanitation to ensure a clean and safe ride for every passenger. Our 
vehicles undergo regular deep cleaning and disinfection, while our drivers follow strict hygiene 
protocols, including routine sanitization of high-contact surfaces and enhanced cleaning after 
each ride.

What features and amenities are available in eDryv vehicles?
To ensure a comfortable and premium ride experience, eDryv vehicles are equipped with:

Regulations and Passenger Policies
Are there any regulatory requirements for operating eDryv vehicles?
All eDryv vehicles are duly registered with regulatory authorities and fully compliant with local 
transportation laws, ensuring safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.
Does eDryv allow pets inside vehicles?
To ensure a clean and allergen-free environment for all passengers, eDryv does not allow pets in 
its vehicles. 
Are drivers required to adhere to speed limits and traffic regulations?
eDryv upholds strict compliance with all traffic regulations, including speed limits. Our drivers 
receive comprehensive training to ensure adherence to road safety standards.
Onboard Food Consumption Policy
To maintain cleanliness and ensure a pleasant experience for all passengers, food consumption is 
not permitted in all eDryv vehicles.
Does eDryv utilize in-vehicle CCTV systems?
eDryv vehicles are equipped with discreetly integrated dashcam systems. These devices serve to 
enhance security and provide a recorded account of in-vehicle activity, ensuring the safety of 
both passengers and drivers. Data is handled with strict adherence to privacy protocols. 
Service Availability and Coverage
When and where does eDryv operate?
eDryv operates daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Our service areas are geofenced, and 
availability may vary based on location. Please check the eDryv application for real-time service 
availability within your vicinity. 
How many passengers can ride in an eDryv vehicle?
Each eDryv vehicle can comfortably accommodate up to four (4) passengers while maintaining 
comfort and safety. 
In-Vehicle Advertising
Are advertisements displayed inside eDryv vehicles?
Yes, eDryv vehicles are equipped with high-resolution in-vehicle screens that display curated 
advertisements. These ads are carefully selected to enhance passenger engagement without 
disrupting the ride experience.
